Terms and conditions mentioned here complement with the terms and conditions or end-user-license agreement, if any, associated with respective product or service, and the Privacy Policy linked with any related websites governed by Technet Supports, and together (hereafter Terms and Conditions or T&C or Terms of Use) they form a legal agreement (Hereafter “Agreement”) between you and Technet Supports. Hence, take your time to read the T&C. From your access to the Website and the displayed information to ordering, making payment and usage of any product and service, and later to seeking post-sales support, everything comes in the boundary of this T&C.

1 Scope of agreement, acceptance and changes
1.1 What services are covered under these terms and conditions ? Services: Technet Supports (IT Consulting & Managed Support Services) for consumers, Technet Supports (IT Consulting & Managed Support Services) for partners.
1.2 How do I accept the T&C ?
There are two types of acceptances – voluntary and involuntary. Your access to the Website and its information comes in the latter type. However, when you actually try to avail any particular product or service, in that case you are asked to agree with some additional terms and conditions that specifically govern the access and usage of the chosen product or service, this falls in the former type where you voluntarily give your acceptance through the Internet-based user interface. And you agree to abide by this T& C without modification by you. If you don’t agree, you may not use the product or service.
1.3 Can Technet Supports change this Agreement after I’ve accepted it ?
Yes. Technet Supports may change the T&C from time to time. This is done in the wake of any innovation in the Product/Service to make it more user-friendly and/or to meet regulatory guidelines. However, before making any changes, we do inform the user on their registered E-mail ID or through any alternative means. If you use any product or service, but post-changes to the T&C, you don’t agree with the modification, you must stop using the product or service. You should terminate the agreement by informing to us as per the contact information available at the bottom of this page. Otherwise, the new terms will apply to you.
1.4 What types of changes can I expect to the Product/Service ?
Technet Supports endeavors to improve the Products/Services to provide better experience to the user. While doing so, we do pay attention to the complaints or suggestions received from the user. We may stop to provide a Product or Service completely or partially, if it fails to meet the user’ requirement, require any change, or when it becomes impractical for us to continue it in a commercially-viable way.
1.5 What age do I have to be to use the Products/Services ? By using the Products/Services, you represent that you have either reached the age of “majority” where you live or have valid parent or legal guardian consent to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Otherwise, we recommend you not to create an account with us. If you’re the parent or legal guardian of a minor that creates an account, you accept this Agreement on the minor’s behalf and are responsible for all use of the accounts or the Products/Services, including purchases, whether the minor’s account is now open or created later.
